As we all know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness month.  Myself and I'm sure many of you have been touched by this devestating disease.  In honor of my step-mother Marsha Lynne Smith, the entire month of October enJoyable Style will feature designs that incorportate all shades of pink.  I hope that the designs featured this month will inspire all of you to use even a small amount of pink in your designs.  Marsha is gone but never will she be forgotten.  We miss her and Love her forever.....Enjoy!

Only in Michigan in a single weekend you can have a 100 degree day and a 60 degree day.  So today is Labor Day the last official holiday of summer, the temperature is a chilly 59 degrees, can you see yourself in this gorgeous space sipping wine or a hot chocolate with this awesome fire pit.  This is a beautiful outdoor space I hope it inspires you to seriously consider your outdoor spaces.......Enjoy!!!!

Well it seems as though Summer will stay around longer than anticipated...It is HOT today!. In anticipation of the cooler days and nights, this months designs will feature fireplaces. With the end of summer rapidly approaching, I want to inspire all of you again with this beautiful outdoor space.  What is unique about this porch is that is enclosed, which means you can enjoy the space straight into fall and enjoy Indian summer.  It is designed in August color of choice Turquoise paired with bright apple red, remember outdoor spaces are extensions of your indoor design.....enjoy!

During the month of August the Designs of the Day will feature the shade of turquoise and sea foam.  This bathroom design uses subtle shades of sea foam with white and silver.  The beautiful glass tiles brings in the feelings of lying on the beach.  The pendant light over the soaker as well as the awesome view....are just amazing....Enjoy!!!

Seems that during the month of August the color turquoise is standing out to me.  Another magnificent design, this kitchen is amazing the combination of turquoise and lime in this kitchen is stimulating my appetite.  The huge window over the sink bring the outdoors in, and lets not even talk about the architectual detail!! The Island is the stand out feature in this kitchen looks like antique furniture......Enjoy

As we approach the end of this wonderful summer, When designing rooms, the use of  shades of turquoise brings back memories of the times we enjoyed.   This great color conjures up feelings of lying on the beach inhaling the smell of the ocean, and the feel of breezes on our skin.  This bedroom design pairs turquoise with orange....enjoy!

The use of brown in a bedroom is not typical, however this bedroom proves that there are no rules when it comes to creating a relaxing and soothing space.  This is a very inviting space and would surely be quite relaxing to anyone resting here.  Remember that lighting is very important when designing any space.  The lighting in this bedroom takes this bedrrom to another level.....AWESOME...EnJoy!

The black and white color in this dining room are really elegant with the bright white molding and ceilings. The striped drapery adds visual interest to the room.  The pops of the bright green brings the comtemporary to this traditionally styled dining room
